US Senate to vote again on bank reform - Reid

WASHINGTON, April 28 (Reuters) - For a third consecutive day, the U.S. Senate will hold a procedural vote to try to take up a sweeping reform of banking rules, Majority Leader Harry Reid said on Wednesday.

Democrats hope the vote, scheduled for 12:20 p.m. (1620 GMT) will pressure Republicans to agree to begin debate on the bill. Republicans have so far united to block action as they seek a compromise.
