Andor Technology sees H1 revenue up 30 pct

Feb 12 (Reuters) - Scientific imaging company Andor Technology Plc ANTE.L said on Thursday it expected a 30 percent rise in its first-half revenue from a year ago helped by a healthy order book, and it was confident about its full-year outlook.

Andor, which ended talks on a possible offer for the company last month, said all areas of its business were performing well, with its systems division performing ahead of its expectations.

The company expects revenue for the six months to end-March to be more than 15 million pounds ($21.5 million) and ahead of market expectations.

Andor shares were indicated up 7 percent at 67.5 pence at 0850 GMT.
