Australia's IOOF Holdings revises payment for ANZ's pension assets by 13%

Oct 17 (Reuters) - Australian wealth manager IOOF Holdings said on Thursday that the price it would pay for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group’s pension assets has been revised down by 13% to A$825 million ($557.21 million).

The companies had announced the deal in 2017, and delayed its close earlier this year as fallout from a damaging finance sector inquiry hit dealmaking.
