Argentina says swaps $164 mln in bonds for new debt maturing in 2021

BUENOS AIRES, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Argentina swapped $164 million in bonds due this month for four new instruments maturing in August 2021, the Economy Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday as the government responds to a credit crunch by improving its debt profile.
