Bankrupt Gibson cleared to sell warehouse amid rising interest

Guitar maker Gibson Brands Inc on Monday won court approval to move forward with the sale of a Nashville warehouse that had been stalled by lawsuits prior to the company’s bankruptcy filing.

The planned sale involves a so-called stalking horse bid of $11 million in cash that puts a floor on offers for the warehouse and its 1.3 acre-plot.
