Puerto Rico creditors say claims at risk in island bank's restructuring

Puerto Rico’s unsecured creditors on Wednesday called for a court order that would keep the door open for potential claims against a unit of the island’s government they blame for helping push the U.S. territory into its financial tailspin.

At issue for the official committee of unsecured creditors in Puerto Rico’s bankruptcy-like restructuring is how the island’s Government Development Bank is being wound down.
