Clinton: "reason to hope" Boeing to win Russia bid

MOSCOW, Oct 13 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Tuesday there was reason to hope that U.S. aircraft maker Boeing (BA.N) would get a contract from Russia to build planes for its new state-run airline Rosavia.

“We have reason to hope,” Clinton told reporters when asked whether she had received any signals from Russian officials that the contract would go to Boeing.
