Bolivia says plans international bond issue by 2012

NEW YORK, April 22 (Reuters) - Bolivia is studying to launch bonds on international capital markets for the first time in more than 70 years to fund a government investment program, Economy Minister Luis Arce said on Thursday.

Speaking to reporters in New York, Arce said Bolivia is requesting help from the Andean Development Fund, or CAF, to advise them on the issue.
