Brazil central bank sees Oct foreign direct investment at $7.2 bln

BRASÍLIA, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Foreign direct investment into Brazil is expected to total $7.2 billion in October, the central bank’s head of statistics, Fernando Rocha, told a news conference on Thursday.

Rocha said FDI into Brazil was $5.73 billion during the Oct 1-22 period. (Reporting by Isabel Versiani; writing by Ana Mano; editing by David Clarke)
