BRASILIA, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Brazil’s economic growth outlook remains positive, central bank president Roberto Campos Neto said on Monday, pointing to an improvement in the bank’s IBC-Br economic activity index and more optimistic forecasts from private sector economists.
