BRASILIA, Dec 30 (Reuters) - The Brazilian government posted a primary fiscal deficit of 15.31 billion reais ($3.79 billion) in November, the central bank said on Monday.
For the 12 months to November, the primary deficit -- comprising the central government, regional governments and state-owned enterprises, before interest payments are factored in -- fell to 1.24% of gross domestic product, the lowest in over a year.
