Risk of no deal Brexit has risen - BoE's Cunliffe

LISBON, July 3 (Reuters) - The risk of Britain leaving the European Union without an agreement has risen but Britain has prepared the financial sector for it, Bank of England deputy governor Jon Cunliffe said on Wednesday.

“The risk of no deal and no transition has gone up,” Cunliffe told a conference in Lisbon. “We have prepared our financial system exhaustively.”
