Brexit vote- Oxford votes less strongly than expected for remain

LONDON, June 24 (Reuters) - The British city of Oxford voted less strongly than expected to remain in the European Union at Thursday’s membership referendum, official results showed.

Just over 70 percent of voters in Oxford backed remain, compared to a prediction of 75.5 percent published in analysis by J.P. Morgan in advance of the referendum. (Reporting by UK Bureau)
