MUMBAI (Reuters) - Real estate firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd said on Tuesday it has signed an agreement to develop a mixed-use special economic zone (SEZ) in Sri Lanka.
The agreement was signed with the Sri Lankan Investment Board to develop the unit near Colombo, spread over 65 acres.
The project will yield 3 million sq ft of developed space, the company said in a statement.
It did not disclose the proposed investment for the project.
