CANADA STOCKS-TSX rises on U.S.-China trade optimism

Oct 11 (Reuters) - Energy stocks helped Canada’s main stock index open higher on Friday, as oil prices were lifted by reports of an Iranian tanker attack, with optimism over signs of a detente in the U.S.-China trade war lifting sentiment.
