TORONTO, Sept 22 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index ended sharply lower on Tuesday, hurt by falling commodity prices that pushed materials stocks down amid a broad pullback.
The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed down 288.35 points, or 2.09 percent, at 13,491.09. All 10 of its main sectors fell. (Reporting by Alastair Sharp; Editing by Meredith Mazzilli)
