TORONTO, Oct 1 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index slipped half a percent on Thursday as falling commodity prices weighed on resource stocks.
The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed down 65.07 points, or 0.49 percent, at 13,241.89. Six of its 10 main groups fell. (Reporting by Alastair Sharp; Editing by Diane Craft)
