TORONTO, March 20 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index rose on Tuesday as higher oil prices boosted the energy group, while financial and technology shares also gained ground.
The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed up 26.97 points, or 0.17 percent, at 15,616.36. Seven of the index’s 10 main groups ended higher. (Reporting by Fergal Smith; Editing by Dan Grebler)
