New Issue-Clear Channel sells $1 bln notes

 Feb 15 (Reuters) - Clear Channel Communications Inc on
Tuesday sold $1 billion of priority guaranteed notes in the
144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.
 The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $750 million.
 Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank,
Morgan Stanley, RBS and Wells Fargo Securities were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
