U.S. stocks gained in morning trading on Thursday after the United States
delayed scheduled tariff hikes on billions worth of Chinese imports, and the
European Central Bank launched a stimulus drive to boost the ailing euro zone
economy.
At 11:59 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.43% at
27,253.28. The S&P 500 was up 0.45% at 3,014.44 and the Nasdaq Composite
was up 0.56% at 8,215.696.
