Conoco sees oil output peaking below 100 mln bpd

LONDON, Oct 20 (Reuters) - The chief executive of U.S. oil major ConocoPhillips (COP.N) said he expected it will be hard for crude supply to meet demand in the years ahead, with output possibly peaking below 100 million barrels per day.

“It’s going to be very difficult to get up towards 100 million barrels,” Jim Mulva told reporters at the sidelines of the Oil and Money conference in London. (Reporting by Tom Bergin, editing by Anthony Barker)
