COPENHAGEN, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Danske Bank’s global head of foreign exchange business Niklas Karlsson said on Thursday he had been laid off as part of a broader exercise to cut costs at the bank.
Karlsson told Reuters he had spent 19 years at Danske Bank.
A spokesman at Danske Bank, which has seen earnings slide after a money laundering scandal involving its Estonian branch, declined to comment on the news.
