* The Kerala government-run grocery outfit, Supplyco, is likely to source about 1.6 billion rupees worth of rice buffer from West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh. The state’s cabinet will decide on on Wednesday on whether the purchase is to be subsidised by the government.
