March 23 (Reuters) - Dropbox Inc’s shares opened at $29 in their market debut on Friday, 38 percent above the IPO price, giving the cloud-based storage firm a market value of $12.67 billion on a fully diluted share count.
Dropbox’s highly anticipated initial public offering was priced at $21 on Thursday, topping the raised price range indicated by the company.
