Dr Reddy's says diabetic drug trial successful

MUMBAI, Jan 4 (Reuters) - Indian drugmaker Dr Reddy’s Laboratories (REDY.BO) said on Monday phase III clinical trial for its anti-diabetic molecule balaglitazone, being conducted by Danish firm Rheoscience, had achieved the set parameters.

“These results offer the opportunity for a constructive series of dialogues with both potential partners as well as regulatory agencies,” Dr Reddy’s Chief Executive G.V. Reddy said in a statement. (Reporting by Prashant Mehra)
