Lawsuit says no steak in Dunkin Donuts' 'Angus steak' sandwiches

By Dena Aubin Dunkin Brands has been hit with a proposed class action accusing it of falsely labeling some of its breakfast meals as Angus steak sandwiches when their main ingredient is a combination of minced meat and fillers.

Filed on Sunday in Brooklyn federal court, the lawsuit said consumers are paying a premium for the sandwiches because they believe they are buying a slice of meat, when they are actually getting a beef patty.
