Dec 17 (Reuters) - Energy monitoring and efficiency services provider EnerNOC Inc ENOC.O said James Turner, who recently resigned as Duke Energy (DUK.N) unit’s COO, has quit its board.

Turner on Dec. 6 admitted that he fell short of professionalism in certain e-mails to the former commissioner.
Turner’s resignation from EnerNOC is effective Dec. 15.
