July 14 (Reuters) - Canada’s Etruscan Resources Inc EET.TO reported a narrower quarterly loss helped by higher gold production and lower cash cost.
Net loss for the second quarter was 2 cents a share, compared with 5 cents last year.
Revenue rose 59 percent to $21.2 million.
Gold production rose to 18,002 ounces from 13,024 ounces last year.
Total cash cost fell 17 percent to $735 per ounce in the second quarter, the company said.
