Kansas City Chiefs - PlayerWatch

OL Cam Erving was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs on Wednesday. Erving followed another former first-round pick, cornerback Joe Haden, out of Cleveland as the Browns’ roster purge spun into high gear three days before the NFL’s mandatory cut to 53 active players. The 19th overall pick in the 2015 draft, Erving has 17 career starts in 29 games and can play center, guard or tackle. He entered the league as a guard but moved to center when Alex Mack, the anchor of the offensive line, left in free agency to sign with the Atlanta Falcons.
