ING GROEP NV

The Dutch financial services company has appointed Clarence Plummer to a newly-created role of Europe head of syndicated finance, based in London.

STANDARD CHARTERED PLC

The London-based banker has appointed Pedro Cardoso global head of digital commerce. He joined the retail banking division on August 2, Reuters IFR reported.

MSCI INC

The U.S. index provider appointed Guido Giese as executive director to its equity research team, based in London.

DEUTSCHE BANK AG

The bank has confirmed that Tom Patrick has been made CEO of the Americas, with immediate effect, replacing Bill Woodley who is leaving the company, Reuters IFR reported.

STIFEL FINANCIAL CORP

The investment bank said Nicholas Dukas and Jason Dukas have joined its broker-dealer unit Stifel, Nicolaus & Co Inc’s private client group office as senior vice presidents of investment.

STANDISH MELLON

Raman Srivastava has left his position as deputy chief investment officer at the investment boutique division of BNY Mellon, according to a spokesperson, Reuters IFR reported. (Compiled by Arunima Banerjee in Bengaluru)
