German stocks - Factors to watch on Dec 13

FRANKFURT, Dec 13 (Reuters) - The DAX top-30 index looked set to open down 0.4 percent on Thursday, according to premarket data from brokerage Lang & Schwarz at 0719 GMT.

The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks:

FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE

Indicated unchanged

Fresenius Medical Care said a group of plaintiffs in the United States had moved to consolidate wrongful death lawsuits against the company over its NaturaLyte and GranuFlo products.
