LONDON, July 27 (Reuters) - British biotech group Abcam Plc ABC.L said on Friday it was in talks with a small number of potential offerors about a takeover of the company.
The firm -- which markets antibodies via an online catalogue

Shares in the firm -- which are up 14 percent this year -- closed on Thursday at 310 pence, valuing it at 107 million pounds ($219.4 million).
