LONDON, May 5 (Reuters) - Law firms Edwin Coe and Harris Balcombe said on Tuesday they were gathering businesses in Britain for a group claim against Allianz over business interruption policies related to the coronavirus pandemic.
Britain’s markets watchdog said last week it was seeking clarity from the courts over some business interruption claims, after law firms said they were advising hundreds of small businesses whose claims with other top insurers were denied.
