Sudan declares public health emergency amid fears of coronavirus spread

KHARTOUM, March 16 (Reuters) - Sudan’s ruling sovereign council declared on Monday a public health emergency amid fears of coronavirus spread.

A military spokesman told state news agency SUNA in a separate statement that cadets and trainees at military institutes will be given precautionary time off.
