NEW YORK, Nov 7 (Reuters) - ICx Technologies Inc, a Washington D.C.-based security firm, on Wednesday raised $80 million with an initial public offering that priced below a forecast range.
The 5 million share offering priced at $16 per share, compared with a forecast range of $17 to $19, according to an underwriter.
Underwriters, led by Lehman Bros LEH.N, have the option to purchase an additional 750,000 shares to cover overallotments.
The company plans to list its shares on Nasdaq under the symbol “ICXT.” ICXT.O
