FACTBOX-Top private contractors in Iraq/Afghanistan

 HOUSTON, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Following is a list of the top
15 recipients of reconstruction funds for Iraq and Afghanistan
from the U.S. government for fiscal years 2004 to 2006,
according to an analysis from the nonprofit Center for Public
Integrity (CPI).
 U.S. government contracts for work in those countries have
jumped more than 50 percent a year, from $11 billion in 2004 to
nearly $17 billion in 2005 and more than $25 billion in 2006.
 The list was created from data available from the General
Service Administration's Federal Procurement Data System and
does not include amounts paid to unidentified foreign
companies, the CPI said.
 KBR, which has won the largest number of government
contracts by far, is a former unit of Halliburton Co HAL.N.
