WASHINGTON, April 19 (Reuters) - The White House said on Monday that Iran’s rhetoric on its nuclear program does not always match its capability.
White House spokesman Robert Gibbs also said the United States still takes seriously that Iran is not living up to international obligations. Iran has said it would start work on a new uranium enrichment nuclear plant, part of a big expansion of its nuclear program which has contributed to fears in the West that it aims to build a bomb.
