July 14 (Reuters) - DP Poland Plc, the Polish master franchisee for U.S-based Domino's Pizza Inc DPZ.N, plans to list on London's junior market, and roll out at least 27 stores in Warsaw by end-2012, underpinning the pizza delivery chain's growth in foreign markets.

DP Poland, which is planning a wider national rollout, said it would consider sub-franchising later in its development programme.

Last week, Polish Central Bank Governor Marek Belka said the economy may grow by about 3 percent this year and possibly accelerate to 3.5 percent or more in 2011. [ID:nLDE66805P]

The Indian franchisee of Domino's Pizza, Jubilant Foodworks JUBI.BO, which was listed on Feb. 8, also plans to expand further by opening 70 stores in India in fiscal 2011. [ID:nSGE6660FR]

The team also comprises Marketing Director Peter Shaw and non-executive directors Rob Morrish and Nick Donaldson.

Worthington and Shaw each hold an 18 percent stake in the company.

On Monday, the British and Irish franchisee of the global delivery brand DOM.L had posted a 29 percent rise in first-half pretax profit. [ID:nLDE66B078]
