U.S. Senate likely to pass START treaty Wednesday

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate is likely to ratify the START nuclear arms reduction treaty with Russia on Wednesday afternoon, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid told reporters.
