ISTANBUL, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Turkish construction to energy firm Enka Insaat (ENKAI.IS) posted a 45 percent rise in first-half net profit to 326.7 million lira ($252 million), helped by strong sales growth and lower taxes and financial costs. Sales rose 32 percent to 3.15 billion lira, while net operating profit rose 15 percent to 395.4 million lira, it said in a statement to the stock market late on Monday.
