MOSCOW, May 20 (Reuters) - State-controlled RusHydro HYDR.MM, Russia's largest hydropower producer, is seeking to acquire the government's 40 percent stake in hydro-power generator Irkutskenergo, deputy CEO George Rizhinashvili said on Thursday. The state plans to consolidate all its generation assets in power trader Inter RAO IUES.MM. Rizhinashvili said it will discuss the acquisition after the consolidation.
