* MOSUL - Gunmen stormed a house in the western part of Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, killing a woman and wounded two people, police said.
* MOSUL - Gunmen attacked workers paving a road killing one and wounding another near a town south of Mosul, police said.
* BAGHDAD - Gunmen killed an 18-year-old girl in the Zaafaraniya district in southeastern Baghdad, an Interior Ministry source said.
KHALIS - Four members from the same family, including a nine-year-old girl, were found dead with gunshot wounds in a remote area in the northern outskirts of Khalis, 80 km (50 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
BAIJI - Three people were killed, including a senior police officer, and thirteen wounded when a car bomb went off near a police patrol in Baiji, 180 km (112 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
BAGHDAD - A sticky bomb attached to a car killed its driver and wounded five pedestrians in Baghdad’s southern Doura district, an Interior Ministry source said.
BAGHDAD - Gunmen planted three bombs outside a policeman’s house, wounding him, his wife and their three children in Abu Ghraib on the western outskirts of Baghdad, police said.
BAGHDAD - A sticky bomb attached to the car of a senior official at Baghdad provincial office, killed him in the northwestern district of Hurriya, an Interior Ministry source said.
BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb went off near the car of a Brigadier General in the Iraqi army, killing him in the Kadhimiya district of northern Baghdad, an Interior Ministry source said.
MOSUL - Police found the body of a worker at a textile factory shot in the head and chest on Monday in eastern Mosul, police said.
MOSUL - A roadside bomb targeting a police patrol wounded a policeman in Mosul on Monday, police said.
