BANGKOK, April 10 (Reuters) - Four civilians and four soldiers were killed in clashes between the army and red shirt protesters, the Bangkok deputy governor said on Saturday without giving details.
Deputy governor of Bangkok Malinee Sukavrejworakit also said 242 people were wounded.
