Gilda Radner documentary draws copyright challenge from journalist

A New York journalist has sued the distributors of the recently released Gilda Radner documentary “Love, Gilda” for using her interviews with the comedian and actress without authorization.

Hillary Johnson filed a copyright infringement lawsuit on Friday against Magnolia Pictures and CNN Films in Manhattan federal court.
