CORRECTED: Syngenta's novel copyright theory revived in fungicide IP fight

A federal appeals court on Wednesday revived a novel copyright infringement theory made by agrochemical company Syngenta AG in a dispute with a smaller rival.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit set aside a ruling that cleared Willowood LLC of engaging in copyright infringement by copying the labels on Syngenta fungicide products.
