Fed Circuit won't bounce patent case against Micro Focus from East Texas

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has declined to relocate a patent case filed against U.S. subsidiaries of British software firm Micro Focus International PLC from plaintiff-friendly East Texas to Delaware.

In a five-page order issued on Thursday, the court said it would not order U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant in Sherman, Texas to transfer a 2018 lawsuit filed by Wapp Tech Corp.
