BAGHDAD, May 23 (Reuters) - Iraq’s Finance Minister Ali Allawi, who is acting oil minister, said the country had agreed to allow Saudi companies to invest in its western Akkas gas field, Saudi news channel Al Arabiya reported on Saturday.
