Kazakh gold/forex reserves rise to $34.8 bln in Feb

ALMATY, March 5 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan’s net gold and foreign currency reserves rose to $34.8 billion as of Feb. 29 from $33.1 billion on Jan. 31, the central bank said on Monday.

The National Fund, replenished by windfall revenues from oil exports, totalled $47.4 billion as of Feb. 29, the bank said.

The central bank has provided the following data for its reserves since the end of 2008:
