KUWAIT, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Kuwait said on Tuesday it did not plan to raise total spending in its state budget for the year ending on March 31, 2021.
Figures issued by the Gulf Arab state showed capital spending would account for 16% of expenditure in the next financial year.
