Feb 15 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1300 GMT on Friday.

* BAGHDAD - U.S. forces killed three al Qaeda suspects and arrested 10 others on Thursday and Friday during operations in central and northern Iraq, the U.S. military said.

* TAL AFAR - At least four people were killed and 16 others were wounded when two suicide bombers wearing explosive vests blew themselves up at the entrance to a Shi'ite Mosque in the town of Tal Afar during Friday prayers, police said. Tal Afar is 420 km (260 miles) northwest of Baghdad.

BAGHDAD - Three bodies were found on Thursday in different districts across Baghdad, police said.

BALAD RUZ - Gunmen in police uniforms manning a fake checkpoint kidnapped four people from one family on Friday, including two women, near the town of Balad Ruz, about 70 km (45 miles) northeast of Baghdad, police said.

BALAD RUZ - Police found the body of a man with gunshot wounds on Friday, a day after he had been reported kidnapped in Balad Ruz, police said.
